Located 5 miles SW of Carbondale, Woodland Cabins sits at the edge of Southern Illinois rolling hills and the Shawnee National Forest. Woodland Cabins offers four luxury cabins on 44 acres of privacy, where mature woods are interspersed with open fields. A three acre pond offers fishing & boating. Deer and wild turkey are frequent visitors as well as pilated woodpeckers, songbirds, and migrating water fowl. Whether meeting the morning sun or putting daylight to rest, the tranquility from your private deck with your own private hot tub inspires relaxation and romance. Amenities for all cabins include: Fully equipped kitchen, gas log fireplace, gas barbecue grill, flat screen HD TVs, Blue-Ray/DVD Player/CD Player, washer and dryer, towels/linens, complimentary coffee, Central heat and air conditioning, outdoor fire pit with fire wood, outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi. There are complimentary row boats for our guests use.

All cabins sleep two people. Our Fern Glen, Southern Comfort and White Tail cabins have have king size beds, while our Woodsong cabin has a queen size bed.

All cabins have access to the lake and boats. Southern Comfort, White Tail and Woodsong have views of the lake, while Fern Glen is secluded in the woods.
